The Information We Collect

Self-Reported Data Generally. During your interactions with the Site, including

prompting, you may be asked to provide UPIN and DEA numbers in order to receive prescription samples and other benefits from Vendors (collectively, “Nondisclosed
Information”). Company shall not disclose Nondisclosed Information
to Vendors, and shall restrict Company’s use of Nondisclosed Information to the
verification of your identity.

Cookies. Company may use cookies and other tools to collect information
